My favorite hike was in Vernon when I was a child. My friend and I went to the hills behind our homes. we packed a lunch in our knapsacks and brought the neighbour’s dog, Pepper. He was fun to hangout with. When we reached the top of the hill, there was a small lake where we sat down and ate at. We had a great view of Okanagan lake and enjoyed the sun beaming on our faces.
My fav camping story is when i was a teenager. My parents took my family and a friend of mine to Birch Bay, WA. We snuck off to the beach and met some cute guys. We ended up partying and cmping out with them. It was kinda cold.
I’ll be drawing for my contest prize this month – June 2010. So any post or article you write will get you three entries and each comment gets one entry. There should be close to 1000 entries. Darkest1 one has a lot of posts and comments so he has the best “chance” at winning – but you just never know what gets drawn eh. I am going to physically print and cut all the entries and video tape it. Just to keep it real. Then, I’ll start another one.
